Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Shlinko. By signing in, you agree to them. Questions: admin@shlinko.com.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity in your account and your workspace. Workspace admins manage settings and integrations for their team.

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents you share. You give us permission to store, convert and display them only so we can provide the service. Only upload or connect files you have the right to share.

Viewer analytics

Shlinko shows you how your links are viewed. You agree to use this information for normal business follow-up and not to try to identify viewers in ways that break the law or our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• No illegal, harmful, misleading or infringing content.
• No malware, phishing, or spam.
• No attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Third-party services

Google Drive and Slack integrations are optional and also subject to those providers' terms.

Availability

We work to keep Shlinko running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.

Ending

You can stop using Shlinko at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and notify you of important changes.
